In the event the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a delivery notice will be left notifying the recipient that the merchandise has been returned to the flower shop for pickup and delivery fees will not be refunded.

Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers, colors, and keepsake containers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers and containers of equal value.
